As a Special Projects Lead, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and business development. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to drive high-visibility pursuits, craft compelling narratives, and elevate how the organization shows up in the marketplace. Your work will directly influence growth, reputation, and long-term success.

This is an opportunity to lead, not just execute—to bring your experience, creativity, and judgment to the table and be trusted to make things happen.

  • Develop persuasive, well-written content for print and digital platforms

  • Translate complex technical information into clear, compelling marketing collateral

  • Prepare interview and presentation materials that support business development efforts

  • Collaborate with senior leaders on marketing strategy and special initiatives

  • Support participation in relevant client organizations and industry associations

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated results

    • Experience in professional services or service-based industries strongly preferred

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

  • Strong design sensibility, including typography and layout, with openness to feedback

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with confidence

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft applications

  • A robust portfolio showcasing creative, strategic marketing work across platforms

How You Show Up

  • Collaborative, proactive, and relationship-oriented

  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

  • Organized, self-motivated, and accountable

  • Thoughtful, fiscally responsible, and detail-oriented

  • Dependable and persuasive, with strong follow-through

  • A problem-solver who sees obstacles as opportunities

  • Creative, adaptable, and known for a “can-do” attitude

Why This Role Stands Out

  • High visibility and direct access to decision-makers

  • Meaningful influence on strategy, positioning, and growth

  • A team-oriented environment that values professionalism, integrity, and initiative

  • The chance to apply your experience in a role that truly benefits from senior-level thinking
