Job description:

Deliver high-quality primary care to a diverse patient panel
Manage acute and chronic conditions and preventive services
Coordinate with a collaborative team of physicians, NPs, PAs, dentists, and social workers
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to evidence-based care standards

Qualifications:

M.D. or D.O. degree with Board Eligible/Board Certified status in Family Medicine
Completion of residency training (or currently completing residency)
Eligible for or current California medical licensure
