Role & Responsibilities
As Korea Market Technical Support Specialist, you will act as a critical link between the companys Korean clients, internal technical teams, and regulatory standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring and interpreting relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in South Korea

- Coordinating with internal departments to identify and deliver technical and compliance solutions

- Supporting Korean sales colleagues in responding to client queries and complaints, and recommending suitable product models

- Maintaining strong customer relationships through regular visits and communication

- Tracking sample usage and feedback, and helping negotiate technical responses or product adaptations

- Assisting with new business development, particularly around evolving client needs

- Supporting administrative operations of the Korean entity

Qualifications:

Key Requirements
We are seeking a multilingual technical support specialist with a background in biology, chemistry, or pharmacy, and hands-on experience supporting pharmaceutical or medical packaging products within the South Korean market.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Bachelors degree or above ideally in biology, chemistry, or pharmacy (Outstanding recent graduates may be considered)

- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or packaging materials industry

- Fluency in Korean, English and Chinese both verbal and written communication

- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

- A methodical and responsible attitude, with high levels of attention to detail and patience
