Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize all facets of supply chain operations on behalf of a global aluminum manufacturing and engineering group.

This role will ensure timely delivery of mission-critical materials, manage strategic sourcing initiatives, maintain robust supplier performance, and ensure strict compliance with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate human and technical resources to meet operational goals
• Organize and manage incoming and outgoing physical and informational flows, including customer orders and deliveries
• Participate in developing the Industrial and Commercial Plan (PIC) and Master Production Plan (MPP)
• Define logistics action plans with production to achieve service level and stock objectives
• Manage stock levels for components and finished products, ensuring accuracy, FIFO compliance, and proper storage conditions
• Support supplier selection and performance monitoring in partnership with purchasing
• Define departmental organization, evaluate team performance, and foster a motivated, unified team environment
• Apply and enforce procedures and operating standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 5+ years in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of delivery processes and inventory management (FIFO).
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker, proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative
