Our client, a nationally recognized AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a highly motivated mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance practice in Atlanta. Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic corporate transactions, with a focus on private equity-sponsored deals
- Manage all phases of M&A transactions, including structuring, diligence, drafting, negotiation, and closing
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, ancillary agreements, and transaction documentation
- Lead and coordinate legal due diligence efforts, including supervising junior attorneys and synthesizing findings for clients
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, tax, finance, and regulatory disciplines to deliver integrated legal solutions
