We have a client in New York City that is looking for a VP of Product Development. This person would lead in the development of women's foundations, so they will need to have a hands-on understanding of bra construction, including frames, wings, cups, straps, and hardware, and how each decision impacts fit, performance, comfort, and product integrity. They will need to have a high level of expertise with bra pad development and bra pad making processes, including materials, lamination, molding, construction options, and how they influence silhouette, comfort, quality, and cost. This person will connect design, technical, and production in New York and China, creating a one team culture.
