Job description:
Recruiting for a Nurse Manager in Camillus overseeing Family Medicine and the 10 other specialties that share a pod where the nurses bounce around to the different specialties. There are 3 MOAs, 3 LPNs, 3 RNs at Family Medicine and then the other specialties just have 2 LPNs, 1 RN bouncing between them and then theres 1 MOA/LPN opening to fill. Prior management experience preferred but not required.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversight of purchasing and inventory for the provider groups
- Development and monitoring of staff
- Scheduling
- Hiring
- Monitoring clinical quality metrics
