Our client near Tewksbury Massachusetts is seeking a 
Senior Engineering Manager (Mechanical) to lead a Product Engineering team that has end to end responsibility for the Electric and Fluid Systems product lines, managing the full product lifecycle from concept through production and sustainment. They service the commercial and military aerospace industry and need related expertise.

 

The role requires a BS and/or MS in Mechanical Engineering. The Engineering Manager is a key member of the engineering leadership team and will focus on building organizational capability, leveraging emerging technologies, and advancing scalable, disciplined engineering processes.

 

The salary range is 160K – 190K and 10% bonus and should come out the aerospace industry or service to the aerospace industry..  

 

Based on government contracts the candidate needs to be a US citizen.
