Job description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate and communicate ideas for new artwork/structure analyzing customer needs and production feasibility.
• Have knowledge of various printing equipment and printing processes.
• Handle various art-related projects for inter company management.
• Record keeping and filing of specifications.
• Meet time schedules on projects with possible overtime involved.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree or applicable work experience.
• Knowledge of 2D CAD is a must.
• Packaging design specifically with industrial films (shrink, polyolefin, stretch, and shrink bundling) is a must.
• Must have experience related to materials, machine process, packaging design, printing process, and familiar with current procedures with trucking, FedEx, Air, and overseas.
• Structural design (horizontal, vertical, and stand-up) experience is a must in corrugated industry (box packaging).
• Good communicator with customers and sales staff.
• Must have working knowledge of equipment design and capabilities that can be translated into efficient operation, product layouts, production specifications, and product quality specifications.
