Job description:

Key Accountability - Trouble shoot and Resolve Furnace Pittings in annealing Process. The expert should have experience in hydraulic cylinder tube (Cold Drawn Welded )

1. Expertise in precision steel tube manufacturing Processes, Materials, Equipments.2. Knowledge & experience onDOM Processes : Annealing, Bonderizing, Cold drawing with Plug and Die, tempering, Straightening, NDT.3. Knowledge & working experience specially in continuous Roller Hearth Furnace annealing of tubes under protective atmosphere.4. Expertise & Trouble shooting knowledge in Annealing, Surface treatment process (Bonderizing), Cold drawing & Straightening Processes
5. Expertise in processing different grade of steel.

Qualifications:

Candidates willing to take up short-term assignments (1-2 Years , Mutually Agreeable), Preferably from metallurgy backgroun.

Candidate can be from any country.

Experience range can be 20 to 25 years.
