Our client, a well-established family-owned business, is seeking a seasoned CFO/Controller to join their team in Ottawa, Canada. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee daily accounting functions, manage financial processes, and provide guidance to senior management and department heads. Your expertise will help drive business growth, improve efficiencies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- CPA designation with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in Canada

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and leadership abilities

- Keen analytical skills, with a proven track record of streamlining processes and improving efficiencies

- Proficient in both official languages (English and French)

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office products (particularly Excel)
