Working with a well established consumer products manufacturer that is going through an expansion and is looking for 2 experienced Engineers. One is a Project Engineer that will be supporting multiple production lines while leading capital projects in the plant. Will be involved in installing and maintaining equipment as well as continuous improvement. Could be a senior Engineer that has leadership skills and can coach, mentor, and train Operators.

 

The other is a Process Engineer that will support multiple lines and be responsible for leading improvement projects in the plant. Could also be a senior Engineer that has leadership skills and can coach, mentor, and train Engineers on how to use lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to solve problems. Both positions require someone who is hands on and has experience in either paper, tissue, packaging, textiles, or nonwovens. Must come from these industries to be considered. Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
