Looking for an experienced HR Manager out of manufacturing with union experience. Must have a strong generalist background with good leadership skills and continuous improvement experience. Union experience to include being able to handle grievances and support in contract negotiations. Must have experience working in a large plant and need to be a hands on Manager.
