Job description:

The firm is seeking aPrivate Equity Associate(ideally 3-6 years PQE) to join its thriving London team. The role will involve working closely with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and management teams on various complex transactions.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in multiple private equity transactions, with expertise in drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Excellent technical and drafting skills.
• Market knowledge of typical terms and structures in private equity deals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including presenting to stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Resilience under pressure, maintaining calm and focus during demanding situations.
• Preferred:Previous experience working in the London office of an international law firm, Magic Circle or US International "Big Law" firm.
