MID- TO SENIOR-LEVEL LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking an experienced and driven Mid- to Senior-level Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment practice in either their Los Angeles or San Francisco office.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- 5+ years of substantive experience representing employers in employment law matters, including advice and counseling and litigation, with at least 2 years focused on California-specific matters.
- Strong background in discrimination, retaliation, harassment law, and wrongful discharge actions is required.
- Demonstrated experience in wage and hour law, as well as class action cases.
- Superior writing, drafting, and communication skills.
- A collaborative, ambitious, and team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent and advise clients on a range of employment law matters, both in litigation and in counseling.
- Provide strategic guidance and legal support to employers on issues related to discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and other employment-related claims.
- Manage complex wage and hour disputes and class action litigation.
- Work closely with clients and other team members to drive effective legal solutions and support the firm’s expanding national practice.
