Your New FirmOur client is a an innovative Australian legal practice providing specialist industry-based advice to its members and clients. Their deep industry knowledge enables them to provide practical and cost-effective solutions. Servicing clients nationally in the areas of workplace law, construction and commercial law, this firm is uniquely positioned to capitalise on existing industry networks.
Your New RoleJoining this close-knit team, you will be responsible for providing clients with complex workplace relations advice and award interpretation, union related matters, as well as matters in the Federal Court, Human Rights Commission and Fair Work. Acting for both employees and some employer work, you will also work on enterprise agreements, unfair dismissals, and WH&S.
You will predominately work on employee focused matters, however there will also be scope to service employers and also assist with shaping industry policy.
