Job Description
As an Employment Law Attorney, you will:
- Advise clients on employment law compliance, workplace policies, and risk management.
- Represent clients in administrative proceedings and State or Federal Court.
- Provide training on employment law regulations, workplace conduct, and legal updates.
- Negotiate labor agreements and handle dispute resolutions.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated legal professionals to deliver high-quality service.
- Be a licensed attorney in New York State.
- Have 2+ years of recent experience in labor and employment law.
- Possess strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
- Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
