Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate Attorney or Senior Counsel to join its dynamic and expanding Class Action Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and high-stakes litigation with a collaborative team of skilled professionals.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on class actions.
- Proven experience defending class action lawsuits, including but not limited to:
- Employment discrimination, workplace privacy, and EEOC/DOL matters.
- Wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy issues.
- Products liability and consumer fraud disputes.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to tackle cutting-edge legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to high-profile class action cases in various practice areas.
- Develop case strategies and handle all aspects of litigation, from discovery to trial.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex legal issues.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
