Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing – Boston-Based MedTech Company
An established and growing medical device company in the Boston area is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing to lead and expand its commercial operations. This is a high-impact role for a strategic and hands-on leader with deep experience in the medical device industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global sales strategy to increase market penetration, expand revenue streams, and drive sustainable growth across multiple regions.
- Oversee the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns, strengthen brand positioning, and support product adoption in key markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, surgeons, and other clinical stakeholders to drive engagement and advocacy.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing organization, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, regulatory, and operations, to align commercial objectives with product development and launch strategies.

Qualifications:
- Extensive Medical Device Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years in commercial leadership roles within the medical device sector, with a proven ability to navigate the regulatory landscape and drive market adoption of innovative technologies.
- Strategic Vision with Tactical Execution: Demonstrated success in creating and executing global sales and marketing strategies that have delivered measurable growth in competitive markets.
- Leadership and Team Development: Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams, with a track record of fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
- Strong Clinical Stakeholder Engagement: Expertise in building and managing relationships with surgeons, healthcare providers, and other key decision-makers in the medical community.
