Location: Fully Remote (Must be barred in CA, MN, NV, WA, or CO)

A national employment law firm is seeking a mid-level employment litigator to join its fully remote virtual office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys seeking meaningful, high-quality legal work in a flexible environment—without business development pressure or rigid billable hour targets.
What You’ll Do:

Handle administrative agency matters, demand letters, and single-plaintiff litigation

Draft pleadings, respond to discovery, and contribute to litigation strategy

Collaborate with partners and legal staff across a remote team

Manage casework in federal and state courts

Focus on litigation — no need to source your own clients
What We’re Looking For:

JD from an ABA-accredited law school
-
5–7 years of employment law litigation experience (law firm background preferred)

Active bar license in CA, MN, NV, WA, or CO

Strong writing and case management skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Experience with EPLI matters is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: Starting at $130,000 (flexible based on billable target)

$120K at 1,400 hours / $140K at 1,600 hours (approximate figures)

Target billables: ~1,500 hours/year
