🔹 About the Role:
As Special Counsel, you will:

Handle employment litigation, including administrative charges, demand letters, and EPLI-related cases

Manage single-plaintiff litigation in state and federal courts

Take ownership of case strategy, drafting, and supervision of junior attorneys

Occasionally attend hearings or conferences (limited, mostly local travel)

Work with an experienced team of partners, counsel, and paralegals across a fully virtual structure
✅ What You’ll Need:

JD from an ABA-accredited law school
-
7+ years of experience in employment litigation (law firm background preferred)

Active bar admission in California, Minnesota, Nevada, Washington, or Colorado

Ability to independently manage all aspects of litigation

Experience with EPLI matters is a plus

Strong writing, litigation, and organizational skills in a remote setting
💰 Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $185,000 – $200,000

Billable Target: ~1,750–1,850 hours annually
