Our client, a growing national law firm with offices in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking an experienced Consumer Financial Services Attorney to join their Consumer Financial Services practice group. Ideal candidates should have 3 to 6 years of litigation experience; former federal clerkship experience is a plus. 

 

The Consumer Financial Services practice focuses on a wide range of issues involving consumer finance and privacy laws, including bank and non-bank consumer lenders, credit reporting, background screening, fair housing, debt collection, credit repair, auto finance, mortgage lending and servicing, online lending and payment processing. This is an excellent opportunity to join our top-ranked, national team to resolve litigation, provide regulatory guidance and assist with investigations and actions initiated by government agencies.

Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Virginia bar.
