• As a Civil Project Manager, you will:
• Lead and supervise engineering designers, providing assignments, mentorship, and quality control.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Oversee preparation of plans, technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates.
• Deliver infrastructure projects such as municipal streets, drainage systems, water mains, sanitary sewers, and ADA-compliant sidewalks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with public agencies and municipalities.
• Build and maintain strong, positive working relationships with clients, public agencies, and in-house teams.
• Provide oversight of design work in AutoCAD Civil 3D (CAD required).

Qualifications:

• 612 years of civil engineering experience in land development and/or public works.
• Proven project management and supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Track record of successfully managing public works infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and agencies.
• AutoCAD/Civil 3D proficiency required.
• Valid drivers license and good driving record.
