We’re seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects. This role combines hands-on technical involvement with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior staff and coordinating across teams, clients, and subconsultants.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily execution of treatment plant projects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedules are met.

Coordinate with internal teams, subconsultants, and clients, serving as the primary point of contact.

Review technical designs for accuracy, consistency, and constructability.

Support regulatory approvals and permitting processes.

Identify and mitigate project risks early.

Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers.

Contribute to proposals, project scoping, and client development efforts.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (focus on treatment).

PE license (TX) required.

8+ years in water/wastewater treatment design with project management experience.

Strong knowledge of industry standards, local regulations, and treatment technologies.

Highly organized, collaborative, and eager to mentor and lead.
