Job description:

Were seeking an experienced HVAC Service & Installation Technician to join a growing team in Hart, MI. In this role, youll work on residential and light commercial projects, handling everything from installations to service and maintenance. • Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork to manufacturer standards and local codes
• Perform diagnostics, service calls, and system repairs
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency best practices
• Document all work performed, materials used, and customer recommendations
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in safe working order
• Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and EPA regulations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HVAC installation and service experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
