About the Role

This team handles some of the most significant bankruptcy-related litigation matters worldwide, including complex disputes in major commercial restructurings. Attorneys gain substantial responsibility early, including client contact, deposition experience, and argument opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial, securities, and bankruptcy litigation

• Manage discovery processes, including document review and depositions

• Draft briefs, motions, and high-level research memos

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis

• Take and defend depositions; argue motions when appropriate

• Advise clients on ongoing matters and litigation strategy

• Work across departments and offices with collaborative teams

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of high-quality litigation experience at an US Law firm

• Experience with discovery management and brief writing

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

• Strong academic credentials from a top law school

• Bankruptcy experience preferred but not required

• Licensed to practice or eligible to waive in
