Multiple U.S. Locations (Hybrid)

We are partnering with a large international law firm to hire an Energy, Environmental & Infrastructure Associate Attorney experienced in renewable energy, infrastructure, and transactional law across multiple U.S. locations. This position offers hybrid flexibility and can be based in  Atlanta, Chicago, Denver/Boulder, New York, San Francisco, St. Louis, or Washington, D.C.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join one of the country's most respected energy and infrastructure practices, working on high-value M&A, renewable energy, and project development matters. You'll work closely with industry leaders and handle a broad mix of commercial and transactional work across renewables, natural resources, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support energy and natural resource transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and project development.
• Draft and negotiate key commercial contracts — including PPAs, O&M, build-transfer, and procurement agreements.
• Advise clients on renewable energy project structures and regulatory considerations.
• Coordinate with internal teams on financing and infrastructure transactions.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in a sophisticated law firm or corporate environment.
• Background in energy, natural resources, or project development transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary typically ranging $215,000 – $290,000, based on experience and location.
