We’re looking for an Experience Manager to own the end-to-end experience for employees, consultants, and clients in a fast-growing, high-touch organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll manage operations, onboarding, engagement programs, and client interactions, all while helping shape company culture.

 

 

Own onboarding, retention, and offboarding for employees and consultants.

 

Drive engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and internal culture-building events.

 

Manage client relationships and support smooth onboarding, compliance, and documentation.

 

Coordinate projects, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives to deliver exceptional experiences.

 

Partner with leadership to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve processes.

 

 

5+ years in client-facing, operations, or project management roles.

 

Passionate about people, culture, and creating memorable experiences.

 

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

 

Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders and deliver results.

 

A proactive problem-solver with a “no task is too small” attitude.
