Project Manager – Civil / DOT Infrastructure
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Civil/DOT team. This role is designed for someone who has independently led DOT or heavy civil infrastructure projects and understands the processes, contracts, and logistics required to successfully execute work in these environments.
What You’ll Lead
DOT infrastructure projects such as traffic intersections, highway lighting, signage, and fiber-optic-related civil work
Full project lifecycle: scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, reporting, and field coordination
Compliance with CDOT (or other DOT) contract requirements, processes, documentation, and procedures
Execution of complex infrastructure work where success depends on planning, logistics, and process discipline
Cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope
What We’re Looking For
A full-fledged Project Manager who has run DOT or heavy civil projects as the lead PM
Strong understanding of DOT contracts, documentation expectations, and project workflows
Experience managing schedules, field operations, and project logistics in active roadway or infrastructure environments
Proven ability to work independently and lead complex, multi-phase civil infrastructure projects
Compensation
$150,000 – $200,000+
Compensation is based on experience and depth of DOT project management leadership.
