Job description:

A growing functional medicine clinic in Calgary is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a wellness-focused, patient-first healthcare team. The NP will be central to patient assessments, care planning, and ongoing management within a functional and preventive medicine framework. Youll have the space to build meaningful relationships with patients, explore root-cause pathways, and collaborate closely with a physician and multidisciplinary support team.

Perform comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and follow-ups
Order, interpret, and review diagnostic and functional lab tests
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Educate patients on lifestyle optimization, nutrition, and preventive strategies
Work in partnership with the Physician and clinical support staff
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and high clinical standards

Qualifications:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Alberta (active and in good standing)
Experience or strong interest in functional, integrative, or preventive medicine
Excellent communication, mentoring, and patient care skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
