Job description:

• Execute the companys technology strategy, lead forward-looking pre-research on industry technologies, and continuously enhance existing technologies.
• Analyze and gain insights into market and industry technology trends, translating them into the companys next-phase technology strategy.
• Establish and operationalize the strategic R&D lab of the research institute, including setting up processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Optimize R&D management processes and build a robust talent development system within the research institute.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Automation or a related field, with over 10 years of technical R&D experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Expertise in mechanical design and motion control.
• Fluent in English, with strong cross-cultural collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven team leadership experience, including team management and organizational culture building.
• Deep understanding of back-end semiconductor processes (packaging/assembly) and related equipment technologies.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale R&D projects.
• High resilience under pressure, open-minded thinking, and strong alignment with the companys culture.
• Native Mandarin Chinese speaker.
