Associate Attorney

Location: Denver, Colorado - Direct Hire | On-Site

Salary Range: $130,000 – $185,000

The Role

The firm, located in Denver’s Tech Center, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally within commercial, construction, or insurance-related litigation.

Key Responsibilities

·        Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims

·        Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters

·        Take and defend depositions

·        Draft motions

·        Attend court hearings in state and federal courts

·        Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis

·        Provide pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations

Required Qualifications

·        Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school

·        Local Candidate’s only

·        Active Colorado law license

·        3+ years of litigation experience

·        Experience in construction matters, commercial litigation, or insurance-related litigation preferred

·        Strong research and writing skills

·        Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload

·        Comfortable using legal technology
