Delivery Control Staff

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Production Control team at the head office in Japan regarding product delivery schedules.
• Liaise with the Sales Division to confirm product delivery schedules and shipment arrangements.
• Monitor delivery status and follow up on critical items with the Japanese Manager and Sales Division.
• Prepare and distribute excess stock reports to the Sales team, following up on sales plans and appropriate actions to clear stock.
• Coordinate with the Sales team, overseas sales offices, and other internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in any industry.
• Good computer skills, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Good command of both English and Japanese, with Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 level, in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and a good team player.
• Service-minded with a proactive approach and quick response to work requirements.
