Looking for an experienced Payroll Manager that will manage a team of 2 people and be responsible for all payroll operations for 2000 people including sales reps over multiple states and dealing with multiple unions. This is a working Manager position so the person needs to be hands on and willing to do payroll instead of delegate to others. Need someone out of manufacturing that has managed people (2 directs) and has managed a large, complex payroll (1000 or more employees). The person has to have a strong systems background and previous experience doing a system conversion would be a plus. Certified Payroll Professional preferred and experience using UKG Pro would be a plus.
